Gaited horse saddle - Goertz Godi
Imported saddle made by Goertz in Germany. Designed especially for Icelandic Horses and other gaited breeds but due to extended panels which spread the rider's weight well, it would be an excellent saddle for endurance or trail riding.
This saddle has short points. Like all Goertz saddles, it has quality fittings and leather. There are plenty of dees for attaching gear or saddlebags.
Comfortable, well balanced saddle which puts the rider in a correct position. Well fitting on most horses of average built. Would suit medium to wide horse. Seat size approx 17 inches, can supply exact measurements on request.
Very good condition, ready to use and give years of good service. Very dark brown in colour.

Royal/Black patent leather browband/noseband set for Saddlebreds/Morgans/Arabians
Wide patent leather browband in dark blue and black with dots. Matching patent leather nosebank with very dark brown fine leather straps.
Quality fittings. Excellent condition. Purchased from Hartmeyer Saddlery in USA. Will look good with any fine double bridle.

Passier PSL Dressage Saddle
Black Passier saddle in very good condition. Beautiful saddle to ride in. Had it's rather hard knee pads professionally replaced with non-knee-bruising panels. Done in good leather, looks fabulous. See close up.
Has some minor marks on cantle as shown on photos. Underside, panels and points are in excellent condition, this saddle is ready to use.
See photos for gullet width. I estimate it to be a medium gullet. Can measure seat length if required, but is full size.

Training noseband for Pasos and other gaited horses
Excellent training brilde, not only for Paso horses. Similar in action to a sidepull, but much more stylish and it allows for different rein positions.
Quality leather and fittings, headpiece detachable via clips. Doubled leather noseband. Also available with hard noseband (metal insert). Very dark brown or black. Also have a similar style in chestnut coloured leather, thinner straps and brass hardware (photo coming soon). Please ask what is currently available.
This bridles has an djustable chin strap which has two additional dees. This allows for the reins to be used in two different positions. See bottom photo for details. Using the dees in the centre of the chinstrap has more of a headlifting action, whereas reins attached to the siderings will give a more directional aid and is excellent for teaching a horse to bend and yield laterally.
These bridles are a designed the same as tradtional training bridles for Paso Fino horses. They can be used in conjunction with a another headstrap to hold a bit, and they can be combined with a neckrope and lead.
If used by itself, we recommend using a thin rope headstall under this bridle, so that you can lead or tie your horse up if required. Alternatively, if you prefer a bridle with browband and throatlash, you can substitute a bridle for the headstrap, or simply add a browband to the headstrap. This bridle gives many different options.
We use these training bridles on all our young horses. Only when all the basics are established, that's when we start introuding a bit. However, we ride many of our older and more experienced horses, including the stallions, in one of these, because they work so well.

Dressage saddle - Kieffer Europe CJ
Beautiful 16" dressage saddle in excellent condition. Gullet is medium to wide. Very comfortable saddle finished in unusual chestnut colour. This saddle has seen very little use. Great quality and finish, as with all Kieffer saddles. Looks fabulous on chestnut horses and red bays.
The only blemishes are some minor stirrup leather rubs and a slight wrinkling of the leather on the seat. These cannot be seen when the saddle is ridden in. No scratches or other blemishes, always looked after. Points are in great condition. Ready to ride in.

Peruvian Show Saddle
Beautiful, fully carved Peruvian Show saddle. Good condition, has a couple of minor blemishes, ie: a loose decorative rivet and a couple of loose stitches in the cantle. Colour is dark brown, underside a chestnut colour.
The saddle includes the carved carona (leather saddle blanket), a girth, a pair of wooden stirrups with metal trim, a crupper and a fully carved tail cover and breeching. The seat is of lighter colour and the cantle has a metal rim. Narrow gullet, average seat size. Please email for further information.
