Esperanza was bred by Jorge de Moya at OliVaylle in far wester Victoria. She is by the pure Puerto Rican Paso Fino stallion Don Cristobal Mako who is by the famous Alicante. Her dam is Carinita, the Paso Fino mare admired by everyone who saw her.

Esperanza was started under saddle here at Narrawin in 2007. She had one foal at OliVaylle and came to Narrawin in 2010 to join our broodmare band and as a riding horse. She shows corto and largo and some trocha as well. She is now receiving some further education under saddle and coming along really well. We plan to breed her to one of our Paso stallions in late 2011.
