Melein was bred by Narrawin stud. She has had one foal and has proved to be a terrific mother. She is a big and solid boned but elegant mare with beautiful temperament, always keen to be around people. She has been started under saddle and is proving to be as sensible as she is good-looking. She is most likely 5-gaited. We intend to school her further in 2006.
She is one of the few mares in Australia by the now deceased imported stallion Romantic Contract who was 5-gaited and had a fantastic pedigree.
