Melein was bred by Narrawin stud. She is one of the few mares in Australia by the now deceased imported stallion Romantic Contract who was 5-gaited and had a fantastic pedigree. She is a big and solid boned but elegant mare with beautiful temperament, always keen to be around people.
She was started under saddle in 2005 proved to be as sensible as she is good-looking. She is most likely 5-gaited. She has not been ridden in the last couple of years.
She has had two foals and has been a terrific mother.
Melein is now for sale to the right home.
