Melody was bred by Carol and Mario Derks of Wildmoor Stud in NSW. She came to Narrawin Stud in November 2002. She is a sensible mare with nice attitude and she is easy to handle in every way. She moves well, covers ground and has a fairly comfortable trot and canter.

She has had two foals, both very nice fillies. She is an excellent broodmare, easy to breed and handle and no trouble to foal down at all.

Melody is a stylish and pleasant riding horse. She is fine by herself or in company out on the trails. We have used her as mount and groundwork demo horse for course participants during one of our clinics.

Melody would make an outstanding mount for pleasure riding, ARC or dressage.
