Bolero was acquired by Narrawin Stud in early 2005. He was bred by Olivaylle Pty Ltd in far Western Victoria and is one of only three purebred sons of Don Cristobal Mako (Imp.USA). His dam is likely the best Paso Fino mare in Australia.
He was dark bay with some roaning on his flanks, as well as a coon tail. He was very smart and had a great attitude. He had plenty of gait and showed the typical movement of the Paso Fino. He was an impressive horse and showed great promise as a pleasure riding horse when he was started under saddle.

Sadly, on 19.9.07, we had to have Bolero put down due to a severe leg injury.
He will be greatly missed not only because of his genetic potential, but because he was such a nice horse. He was always a gentleman.
